There’s nothing I like more than nibbling on some freshly picked no-pain fruit. Here is a fruit gardening tip for you. Consider planting fast-growing fruit trees in your yard that will produce fruit and mature quicker than other species. Most dwarf apple tree cultivars grow rapidly and are perfect for home orchards. Wild plums are not only fast-growing, they also tolerate a wide range of soils, producing delicious fruit in the fall. Dwarf peach trees can produce abundant fruit within only a few short years. Tart cherry trees can begin to make cherries just after 3 years. Meyer lemons can yield fruit within a couple of seasons at only 1.5 meters (5 feet) tall and star fruit trees can be kept trimmed and produce fruit within reaching distance. Remember to check Supreme Master Ching Hai’s list for no-pain fruit varieties before you select.
