I love all my vegetables and fruits, but I have a favorite – sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are an easy crop to grow in your home garden that can even withstand hot summer growing temperatures. You can propagate sweet potatoes after the vines have grown by trimming the ends and putting them in water for several days to get roots sprouted.
